The 2nd Workshop on HPC/AI Integration with Quantum Computing/Networking (HAIQ 2026) explores the integration of high-performance computing (HPC) and AI architecture with quantum technologies to deliver practical and scalable systems. In addition to algorithms, programming models/compilers, noise mitigation and fault tolerance, and hardware-software co-design, this year's focus expands to distributed platforms: quantum communication networking protocols, resource management across networked quantum nodes, and architectures for distributed quantum computing. By fostering a dialog between classical distributed-systems, architecture, HPC/AI, and quantum-information communities, HAIQ will identify the architectural and systems support needed to move beyond proof-of-principle physical devices toward robust, large-scale quantum networks and end-to-end hybrid workflows. It also aims to bridge the gap between the classical high-performance architecture community and the quantum information community.

The Collection Foundations and Advances in HPC/AI-Quantum Co-Design is now live on npj Quantum Information, launched in collaboration with members of the HAIQ committee. The Collection features independently peer-reviewed research on hybrid classical-quantum architectures, distributed quantum systems, AI-driven control, and HPC-enhanced quantum applications.

This is not a proceedings track; submissions are welcome from all researchers in the field.
We invite poster proposal submitted via the workshop website. Each proposal should include the following:
The proposal shall be submitted via our submission portal. No pdf submission is required and the proposal shall be directly filled into the abstract section.
The poster shall be relevant to the topics above and reviewed for approval by the program committee members.
We invite submissions on a broad range of topics related to the integration of classical HPC/AI with quantum computing/networking submitted via the workshop website. Topics of interest cover the five tracks. We plan to accept two forms of submissions:
The submission can be in ACM format, IEEE format, or APS format. You can use the following Overleaf templates:
The review process will follow double-blind review process by the program committee members, and submissions shall not include any author identifying information.
We will not publish proceedings. The distinguished accepted papers will receive invitation and recommendation for submission to the cooperating Collection on npj Quantum Information. Therefore, authors need to disclose whether the submitted paper has been published or under review for publication at any other venues at the submission. Previous publication or presentation of the submitted work will not affect the decision of acceptance at HAIQ 2026.
Submissions not accepted as a talk will automatically be considered as a poster.
